Not able to attach knowledge articles to incidents in web remedy

Hi All,

 

I am not able to attach knowledge articles to my incidents in web remedy ,whenever  I search and try to attach a article using USE  button, I am directed to a new page saying  "Please select the Retrieve KB Solution button to complete your request." But I cannot find any button in this page.

 

RKM   Ver / Patch                  : 7.5 Patch 001(RKM installed in Midtier server)
