Problems uploading a BIRT report to BCO

I need an example of how to upload a BIRT report to BCO, I used the manuals, validate the report, but when I upload it the BCO give me this respond:

      Error.ReportQueryLoadingError

The report works perfectly fine on Integration Studio, and in fact is just a simple query consult without parameters, then I don't understand what is wrong.

      Attached the report

            Hi Cristiel,

I haven't encountered that error so far - it would help if you could attach the report.

I would also suggest opening a support request.

Hi Renato, thanks for you reply.

Rigth now for politics in the job, I can't attach the report  but may be later. Meanwhile I can describe more of the report, this is pointed to an Oracle 11g DB, and the Integration Studio has the corresponding jdbc. The user I applied is cpit_own with its respective password, and the Data Set only has the next query.

Select distinct mane, metric from cpit_own.pv_sys_metric obj natural join cpit_own.pv_sys_data_day dd

As I described before there is no parameters. And the result is correct into the Integration Studio interface, but after upload the report shows only the structured of it, but no data. Throws and error that said that can't be loaded the query result

              that is: Error.ReportQueryLoadingError

                Hello Cristiel,

                a few questions

                1. Did you configure URL and your credentials in Windows>Preferences>Integration Studio?
If no, you need to do it and then do 'Refresh local database'
                2. Are you using the 'Capacity Optimization Template' for your report?
If no, you need to. If (1) was not fulfilled, starting over with a new report template is easier than fixing
                3. If (1) and (2) are yes
Are you using the CPIT Data Source provided with the rptdesign based on 'Capacity Optimization Template'?
As you wrote you are using cpit_own, it sounds like you are not.

If it's yes to all points, I would suggest contacting BMC support with the results of the logGrabber utility output.

                Cheers,

                Renato

Hi Renato, excuse my ignorance but where can I find the Capacity Optimization Template?

Hi Renato, thanks for the reference, I already downloaded, but the thing yet isn't work.

I used the guide step by step literally, but even the most simple report with the BCO template, after I uploaded gives me the same problem, about the incapability to load the result query.

Talking with my co-workers they said that the problem could be something related to the BIRT enviroment inside the BCO, and directly related about the jdbc connector that can't do the conexion between the BIRT report that I upload and the DB.

That is a real mean problem, I don't understand at all why this happend if the BCO using his internal report access to the same DB without any difficulties, why the BCO reports can but my custom and even simple report can't do the task... is annoying

the next is the specific error that BCO gave me....

                          Hi,

As already suggested by Renato, I think you need to contact our Support and get your BCO installation environment checked.

                          Thanks,
