Using ITSM 7.6.04 and specifically incident management. We have some very simple SLA's setup with the company = our company and based on the priority. I save the incident and see this screen for the SLA piece:
I am not understanding why it shows attached but not started. This happens on all incidents. Is there some separate service/ar.cfg file line I do not have or should I peek at the error log? Sure could use some help.
