    Service not listed in service catalog

      After creating a SRD, it is not getting reflected in Service catalog. Below are the steps we have followed


      1. We have created the Categories in Navigational Categories belonging to the company
      2. We have associated work order template -> AOT -> PDT and have attached the PDT in the Service Request Definition.
      3. SRD is also been moved to Deployed Status and it is online.


      Can anyone help on this?
