We've modified the e-mail template used when an incident is closed to include the content of the "Resolution" field. There are times when it'd be very useful to present information in the resolution formatted as a table. Depending on which application the table is pasted from (for us, its usually Excel), each table cell is generally separated by a tab character. This often means the information in the closed/resolved e-mail is difficult to read.
Is there a Remedyforce configuration setting I've missed that allows use of basic HTML formatting in the Description or Resolution fields (similar to the field I'm using to enter this question into)?
