I am facing an issue while installing CLM 2.1.
Installation of Enterprise AR and Cloud AR sucessfully completed. install planner hangs when i tries to install Atrium Core -Web registry Component (AWS)
Please find the attached screenshot where it is showing validating installed UDDI.
I have verified in the planner log and AWS installation log but no luck.
Does anyone has experienced such issue ?
O/S: Windows 2008 SP2
how long does it hang for?
is there any other information in the install planner logs?
Thanks for reply. It hangs for more than 7-8 hours.Install planner log has no information about the same.
Issue is resolved now.
After try out with revert snapshot of server to before install state for couple of time and reinstalled the Atrium web registry fixed the issue.
Root cause unknown.
You would need to look into the temp directory for the atriumcoreinstall_log.txt file (for Installer), %atriumcore_home%\Logs (product install logs) directory and also check the tomcat logs on the Web Registry box to find out what the issue is.
