New issue now, when adding the Drivers in, it doesn't let you add anything thats not a .inf file, Yet when the Server starts PXE booting it stops with an error, saying it can't find a .sys driver, any ideas?

The inf should reference the sys and dlls files afaik.
What is it complaining about ?

can you talk to the appserver on that port? is that the appserver ip?

i would also make sure you can telnet from the target to the appserver on port 9831.

are you using a local data store?
try deleting the device from the gui, then pxe boot it and see if it will auto-register.
