After the import of Incident templates in our new 7.6.04 system, they are displayed in reversed alphabetical order without any way to sort. From the Incident screen I do a Search for Templates, the View by Support Group screens shows but in reverse order, with no way to sort. If I pick a group that has multiple templates, I can sort on that screen. Any thoughts on why the Support Group view cannot be sorted alphabeticaly?
