You need to run 'ctmgetcm' command in command prompt.with <NodeId> as *,<ApplType> as *,<Action> as Get.
After executing this Command verify that your SAP CM is Listed below.
if possible then restart your server (not mandatory).

I am checking through CONTROL-M Enterprise Manager 6.4.01 Gui, i thought it was some Gui issue, i had install EM Gui some two, three machine( desktop). same error i am getting. with all my application server
so you mean shall i try this command in my desktop EM Gui had installed in command prompt.
In Control M CM(sap) it shows name, host state Available.
In particular Application server Node i had apply the command
you will need to run this command on the Control-M Server as the controlm user id.
But I have doubt , I can see the Account Information details my colleague laptop, so I thought is it EM Gui issue or patch problem.

So it might be some installation issue.So,its better to follow SAP Module installation guide properly.
I think Client pluggings is not installed properly.Uninstall it and try to follow each installation steps mentioned in doc.
You will have a patch to be installed for CCM to view it. it has to be installed on all CCM installed computers.
