    How to attach service targets to incidents?

      Hi Everyone,


      I have created an Agreement and set the Service Targets to the Agreement under Service Level Management. However, I am unable to link it to the incident. Please advise how to link the Service Target to the incident. Any steps to activate the time counting of service target after linking? And also, any setting is required for sending the email reminder? Thanks.
