Am in the situtaion where I want a bit more granularity over what my users can see within soloutions.
I want to be able to pic and choose which users can see the public soloutions and which can see the private ones.
e.g. I want to be able to let consultant users to view all of our public and private soloutions, whilst still only limiting basic clients to the public soloutions.
Can this be done by manually editing the users in the DB?
I cant find any way of doing this through the trackit client.
Any suggestions please ?
Currently the public/private setting in Track-It! Solutions allows you to show or hide the solutions from the end users. There is no way to allow or restrict individual users access to specific solutions. On the Technician side, all solutions are visible, regardless of whether they are public or private.
