    System Administrator unable to open a ticket via email

      User receives the following when trying to open a ticket via email.


      Your issue/problem email submission to  'IT' was not accepted because there was missing information.


      The following field information must be included in the body of the email:


      'IT' is the workspace. A list of required fields follow. I, and other users, are able to email the system without issue.


      The user is a system adminstrator, and can login and create tickets.
