PNET 8.6.02.00 - jserver process is not running - Tomcat is probably not started or is listening on the wrong port (errno=61)

      Hi folks,

I have been creating and deleting some monitors on Pnet 8.6.02 (installed on Windows 2008 R2) and now, when I try to start the product, the " system status" command shows this: jserver  !not running!

I'm searching on BMC Customer Support website and I have seen this Flash note

(QM001609660: Server initialization fails after deleting monitor instances with tags):

Please, somebody could help me to get the cleantag.bat script?

or another solutions to this issue?

      Thanks in advanced!!

      Cheers.

      Sergio
