Start --> Run --> Type Services.msc and do check BNA web service and database services are running or not, if not start those services.
The web services are stopped. But when i try to start the web services it is not comming up.
Database Services of my SQL?
And why am i not able to See the Login option from the start up menu?
Which database you are using, default..?
no i am using a seperate SQL Server 2008 R2 for BBNA
Is it on the same machine (BNA server)..?
It is ona different server.
I checked the database services and they are running fine on that server.
If possible do share log file... Web service is not coming UP means DB issue..
Is the BCA networks service started? Can you please send the bca.networks.log file?
Which database are you using? An external one or the default PostGRE? Are the db services up? There is no login prompt. You have to use BBNA via the browser. If the BBNA Services are not up, you will not be able to login.
Please open up a support case for this.
do check wether ena_control.bat is exist in desire location or not ('C:\Program Files\BMC Software\BCA-Networks\tools\login.url')
if not then get the same file & locate into same location(of same version)
or else u can create ur own login url
just create login.html file & put following containts
& copy the same file into following location
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\BMC BladeLogic Network Automation\
& for Problem in starting services do stop and start services in order like,
STOP SERVICES START SERVICES Web Service DB Service FTP/TFTP Service FTP/TFTP Service DB Service Web Service
