    Allowing clients to see each other's tickets

      Hi all,


      I'm trying to set up the self service portal to allow clients in the same team to see each other's tickets. I have assigned them all to the same account (called "Payments") and given them the appropriate roles. If I set one of them as the manager and the rest of them to clients then the manager can see all their tickets as you would expect, but I can't see a way to allow everyone to see everybody's tickets. Is there a way to do this?
