BMC Atrium Integrator 7.6.04 - Error 120076 for field DatasetID when running the Import-Job

Katrin Pinczesi

Hi Guys,

for a WS I installed and set up the BMC Atrium Integrator. Defining DataSources, the Import file (csv) and the Job itself worked fine.

I want to import CIs into the class Computer Systems and with DataSet ID = VI.IMPORT.

Class and DatasetID are fine, I have already CIs in there with this data. And for the mapping I copied and pasted data from the existing CI wherever possible. So there are no typos. Also all used values are valid.

Import file and mapping information:

CIIdentifier --> mapped to Asset ID

Hostname --> mapped to Hostname

Hostname --> mapped to Name

Hostname --> mapped to Short Description

Manufacturer --> mapped to ManufacturerName

CIStatus --> mapped to AssetLifeCycleStatus

ScanDate --> mapped to LastScanDate

Typ --> mapped to Item

DatasetID --> mapped to DatasetID

Category --> mapped to Category

Type --> mapped to Type

When I now start the import job, I get the following error in the logging output (loggin set to the most detailed level): ERROR (120076): No value supplied for a required attribute.; DatasetId

It is strange, the prior this error message, the DatasetID can be read and is also mapped!!! (please see below):

Also a try to define a constant and assigning the constant to the CMDB field was not successful. Still the same error.

Do you have an idea what goes wrong?

Thanks and regards
