    ITSM 7.6.04 SP2 and AD synchronization issue

      Our customer has the following set up:

      Windows 2008 R2

      SQL Server 2005

      ITSM 7.6.04 SP2

      Tomcat 6.2

      Java 1.6.024

      AD integration is working properly with existing ITSM users: they can log in ITSM using password for Windows (blank password in user form of ITSM)


      The problem is, that once a new user has been created in ITSM system, a user cannot log in ITSM. Not during same or next day...

      The same issue occurred, if a user change his/her Windows password.


      How to fix that?
