You can create entitlment rule for support group and attach this entitlment rules to SRD.
Also, please make sure that entitlment is enabled from entitlment configuration form.

How I can limitate view of SRD from SRM console for entitlement group since SRD is connected to specific company on SRD record. So this means that all people in this company will see SRD even without Entitlement rules. If I put it on -Global- that is the same problem.
It easily configurable.
1) Refer SRM admin guide for creation of entitlment groups and attaching these entitlment groups to SRD.
2) Entitlment rules apply if you implement multitenancy for different companies.

as Sachin has mentioned, you can use Entitlements to control the access to the SRD.
This is very flexible going from Company all the way down to the User level.
You can choose to enable or restrict based on an Entitlement group. The Guides are very self explanitory on how to set this up, and there is supporting information available by searching this discussion board.
Ok if this will work actually then what role does Company field on SRD have?
Since I mention that I have SRD where Company = ABC and I would like to enable to see this SRD just specific people inside the company ABC how I can do this?
What I did is I created a Entitlement group where I put 5 user names in it. And then I also create a rule that this specific SRD is NOT visible to Company = ABC.
Understand now what I want to get
the Company field is used with the multi-tenancy capability of ITSM.
Entitlements allow you to "extend" the capabilities to further restrict the access to an SRD where you may or may not have multi-tenancy enabled. SRM can also be standalone, so there needs to be some level of access enablement/restriction placed on requestable services.
Your question has therefore been answered. An Entitilement Rule will restrict the access to just that group of Users that you define (if setup as a restriction).
