We are running on FP 9.54.
We have multiple templates. When a new ticket is created we have, by default, the agent set as an assignee. However, if they apply a template with a team set as the assignee, it removes the agent.
I've looked at the quick issue templates and they do not appear to allow current assignees to remain. We would like the assignee to remain along with the team that was added by the quick issue template.
