I am working on BMC remedyforce service desk. Client reported an issue which is
Whenever I enter a new client. Even though I choose: (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (America/Chicago), when I look at the record later, it displays: (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (America/Los_Angeles) instead.
Can anyone tell, why it might be happening
