This is because Control-M by default has the setting to alert only for NOT OK even if not mentioned in the job definition. This setting can be disabled in CCM> Tools>system parameters > EM parameters> AlertonAbend (gtw) value to 0 from 1.

Kavi is right. Also if you want you can change the severity of the default alert.
Flag that indicates the severity of Gateway alerts for jobs that end with status "Ended Not OK". Note: Recycle
the gateway for new settings to take effect.
Flag that indicates whether alerts are (1) or are not (0) sent for jobs that end NOTOK
