    User profile information - how to refresh from Active Directory?

      We have imported our user information from AD.


      Recently we have cleaned up a lot of descriptive information about staff, but the changes are not reflected in Trackit.


      Is there a process we can use to update/refresh this information?


      I assume deleting and re-importing would have an impact on existing work orders.


      Also: Can we provide optional filters to the LDAP query to exclude users, contacts we don't want in Track-it?


      Any help or suggestions woud be greatly appreciated.
