When looking at the incident console in Remedy on Demand it shows a list of incidnets which have been assigned to the support groups which i'm a member of.
I wouldlike to know if it's possible to group these incidents together and assign them to my personal queue without having to do them individually.
You can highlight the rows, go to "quick actions", and choose "assign to me". Quick actions is a button just above the table, next to Process Overview
Thanks for the reply but I don't have or see a 'Quick Actions' button or menu.
Perhaps its a versioning thing or that i'm accessing remedy on demand through a browser and not the client software?
We are doing an upgrade shortly to the new version, perhaps that will have the Quick actions button
