Looks like although you can access the Admin Console, the install was not 100% successful.
You can try the install again, but first uninstall and then check that everything has been cleaned up:
-Delete existing install directory
-Delete configuration directory (“.openssocfg”) from one of the following possible locations:
- Run Install
- Use New Tomcat
- Ensure the host is a member of the domain
