AR Service is busy doing some other processing and throwing error because of multiple requests coming in,
Kill the arplugin service and see if the error goes off, if not then restart the AR services, that can only resolve the issue, you should contact BMC support to get the fix of ARERR 92.
I would suggest create a server group and add another server to this group
Let all the back ground processes run on this server
Like Admin functions, Escalations, DSO, AIE, etc
This way, the server the users use, will be less busy and will give them a better response
Thanks Aditya, yes everytime restart of the service is helping in this issue, i am contacting BMC for permanent fix...
