Are you looking for exact count. I am not sure if there is any straight way wo knowing it. You can take Server side logs wile raising an incident from IMC and you should get all the details in the logs.
Actually i have to archive the Incidents thats is the reason .
I checked the Transactional data template from BMC for Incidents and it mentions following forms-
But there can be other forms also like SLM:Measurement, SYS:Notifications, etc. or other forms related to any custom integrations in the application. Although above mentioned forms should most of this, but the best way to find out is to anlyze the logs and get the details.
Better take logs and look for the keywords, Operation SET or Opreation CREATE. This will fetch you the form names. Consolidate and get the exact form transactions.

Another way is "simply" to log SQL when creating an incident and then check the Updates and INSERT operations.
