I assume your question is about how many licenses have been used. In 8.2, A BLCLI command, Utility:agentLicenseUsageReportByRelativeDateRange, can obtain current agent utilization. Which version are you using?
im using 8.0
The BladeLogic licensing portal (https://www.bladelogic.com/licensing/loadLicenseList.do) requires login name & pwd which i don't have at this moment. Is there any other way to find out from bladelogic console itself?

no. this is the only place the license count is maintained. If you cannot track down the login credentials please contact bmc support.
We have some about 1000 extra licenses according to the list on bladelogic.com/licensing
under 8.0 we used to check "also unregister license" box when decomissioning server in bladelogic and that was deactivating licenses for us.
We're on 8.2 now and the checkbox is gone (probably because there's no need for it with the way licenses are dealt with in 8.2)
So if the list (bladelogic.com/licensing/loadlicenselist.do) is still the list BMC uses to check our licenses we need to somehow deactivate inactive ones there. Manually its a lot of mouse clicks :-(
I'm hoping to hear that under 8.2 that list no longer matters and we're just supposed to report on paper the number we see after executing Utility agentLicenseUsageReportBuRelativeDate for example?
in 8.2 the model is a bit different. there's a blcli command that support will request that you run every so often to do a true up w/ what we have on file. running the command is detailed here:http://www.bmc.com/support/blusagereportsins.html
