we use TrackIT 10.5.
If we send an Email to a technican, and there will be an error in the workflow for Mail-Transfer, we get no active Information.
Does anyone has a active solution to solve this problem ?
Are you referring to when you send an email from within the Track-It! Help Desk to the assigned technician? You dont see a failure message when the email fails to send?
We get an error in the Work-order, but we can't check permanently if the mail is ok.
If the Mail gets an error you read this in a technical notice. So you have to open the work order to check the Mailstatus. that's not a good solution.
I see how that could be a problem if you experience regular email send failures. Hopefully email errors are rare and once you figure out why a certain persons email is failing and address that issue it won't continue to happen.
