I encountered this issue today. We added values to the Reported Source menu in Dev Studio.
I noticed today that the entries were not added to the SYS:Reported Source form.
Anyway, when we do a report in Analytics and use the Reported Source field, none of the Custom values show up.
It only displays the out-of-box values - even though when we query Remedy we can see tickets created against the custom values.
Is there something missing here? Do entries in the Reported Source menu need to be added to the SYS:Reported Source form as well?
If you do anything that results in a change to the database (new columns or tables or views) then you will need to update the Universe to add new objects if you want to be able to include the new data in reports.
