Can I merge 2 incidents?
I have a customer who opens a ticket in RemedyForce and sends nearly the same request again later. Can I merge these 2 incidents somehow?
In such a scenario,you can use Relationship tab on Incident(HPD:Help Desk)
form.It can be relate as a Duplicate incident.
I will move this to the RemedyForce forum.
Christian, Incidents can't be merged and I don't think incidents can be linked together in Rforce. You'll have to just close one and put in a note that it's a duplicate.
