i try to use Quick Ticket Templates. I successfully created one Template but when the Helpdesk Group tryes to create a new ticket using this template thy get an error message.
[LOGIC] - User Lacks permissiont to fetch.
other useres in diffrent groups can use the template.
We are using BMC Service Desk Express – SDE Suite version 9.20.4222.0
are you creating tickets through SRM template or selecting the template from Incident itself. Can you bit more clear on this. also share Environment details.
Also please check the user is having Incident user permission or not.
But still now I am not used SDE Suite version 9.20.4222.0 this.
