these lines means nothing about pco
agent tries to connect integration service on 10.x.x.x port 3181
from some reason this connection is sometimes closed and integration service (operator console type connection) is disconnected - this is represented by these lines in agent log:
Thu Apr 12 11:01:19 2012: Connection with Integration Service 10.x.x.x with port 3183 lost.
Thu Apr 12 11:01:19 2012: ID 10206d: I: Console T:email@example.com (type Operator) deleted.

can be caused by many various causes - f.e. network outages, integration service lack of resources, ...
Network has been checked but no packet drops or letancy issue detected.
Can you tell me how we can check integration service lack of resources issue?
i cannot give you exact hints - just check other agents connected to integration service, count agents/parameters connected to integration
Do you want me to check other patrol agent logs or something else?

use "connect" command

After using connect, it showed me connected. However, I don't know if we need to use this command always whenever we will face this kind of issue.
But when i use "connect" afterwards i seen very less agents are disconnected with proxy. Now, how to troubleshoot these disconnected agents?
With the initial implementation of Automated Work Flow, there were some problems
if you specified multiple Integration Service locator strings so that if connection was
lost, the PatrolAgent would not reestablish connection to backup Integration Service(s).
I believe there are some patches that may address this. I would recomment opening
a case with BMC Technical Support to troubleshoot this.
Already one case is raised with BMC Support, however they are delaying in reply.
