    Assign incident with specific Category to another group after 30 min.

      Can anyone help me with the following issue.


      I want to reassign a ticket from specified group (e.g. ServiceDesk')  to another group (e.g. Operations) that is open for 30 minutes and has 'DCTM' as Category.


      Any suggestions?
