1. Stack Installer 7.6.04 SP2 Missing parts
Ramandeep Singh Arora Mar 27, 2012 1:55 AM (in response to Koray Kusat)Hi Alex
Can you please provide a latest update on the issue?
Were you simply able to install the missing parts or did you face various issues. Please suggest if going with preconfigured stack installer is actually the right choice after your experience with the same.

You can't really choose what you want to install with a SSI...
If you want to install something specific, use the individual installers and install each module separately instead of the SSI.
I mean, don't use the SSI at all and use individual installers.

3. Stack Installer 7.6.04 SP2 Missing parts
Koray Kusat Mar 27, 2012 3:32 AM (in response to Koray Kusat)Hi,
i was able to install AIE on top of SSI using cmdb installation package (test environment). But i didn't try others. I used invidual installers in production environment. I think BMC should extend SSI content. Because it doesn't contain whole suite.

4. Stack Installer 7.6.04 SP2 Missing parts
Ramandeep Singh Arora Mar 27, 2012 3:39 AM (in response to Koray Kusat)ALex: Thanks for this information.
Laurent: I agree but there can be cases (as is the present case with me) that almost everything related to ITSM suite is required including all locale intallations. It won't be a bad option for BMC to have a preconfigured SSI that actually contains "everything" because if BMC is giving a lot in SSI, then it does not make sense to leave a few components behind which defeats the purpose of SSI.
Inclusion of all components will make SSI much more usable.

As mentioned earlier in the thread, the package name would be: "BMC Atrium Core 7.6.04". You can download this package from the same EPD location where you downloaded the SSI.
What is installed with the SSI is referenced here:
