There are two procedures you have to run to configure the basic connection parameters
For Control-M/EM: emremedy_configure
For Control-M/Server: remedy_configure
These are documented in Appendix F of the V7 Control-M Administrator Guide.
Thanks for your guide. I've managed to configure the remedy_configure. When I test configuration, it returned error "handled_test_open_ticket: Failed while creating ticket". Do you encounter this error before?
Also, I did not manage to locate emremedy_configure in Control-M EM console.
Could you advise me on it?

Sorry it has taken so long to respond. I have seen this when the USERID specified is not authorized and/or the form is invalid.
If you have verified those, open a ticket with Control-M Support and they can do further investigation.
I was able to create the ticket directly from BMC Control-M to Remedy.
However now I'm looking into the possibilities to set assignment group based on the Control-M jobs.
Have you done this?
I have not done this as that would be a function of the ITSM(REMEDY) system I believe. You might want to check with them.
You need to check RemedyConf.xml file for the changes which u have made throgh commands emremedy_configure and remedy_configure. Also on ITSM side you need to change some permission and assignment rule on HPD:IncidentInterface_create and HPD:IncidentInterface form.(Check this with Remedy ITSM admin).
