Make use of Level Approval process, where you can configure different approvers at different level's (can be individual approvers or Group approvers), this will make you achieve disiered task.

Thanks for the reply, what i am looking for is sort of having a chain process and level approval process within the same review phase. As i have explained above, the first approval is change management chain and the remaining one's are level approval. But for the review phase alone, i was looking at the possibility of combining both.
Hoping for some inputs.
I have two different level of approvals within one phase and working fine for me.
How did you configure your system to get the manager's approval for Review phase?
For Manager's approval in Review phase, we used the Change Management Chain Process (max approval level set to 1) in Review phase after configuring the Manager details for the user in People form, this will automatically configure the submitter's manager as the approver.
With reference to your configuration of 'two different levels of approvals in one phase', i am also looking for a similar configuration of having Change Management chain process and level approval process within the review phase. Can you explain a little more about it.
Change Management only allows one process to be configured in each phase. You can have multiple levels of approval within the process, but only one process.
SRM is current the only module that allows a mixture of approval phases.
