    Is there a way to configure SRD mappings to automatically select the Service+ category?

      I've been trying to find an answer in the guides and on here but perhaps my lack of ROD knowledge is letting me down.


      I have a business service that is associated to the organisation by used by. When designing an SRD I have set the mappings to populate all the fields that I want. Ideally our helpdesk staff would like the Service+ automatically selected through the SRD mappings so they can redirect the ticket as appropriate without the hassle of selecting a Service+ before saving any changes.
