I've already tested the following:

- restart Carte

- restart ARS

- recreate the job

- give full rights on input source (csv file on the unix server) and on the folder

FYI, i am connected to Atrium as ARS Administrator

The BMC Support is not reactiv at all and I really need help on this problem

Thank you

Regards,

ebilger
