    BMC Control-M to Remedy - Do Remedy Parameters

      Hi all,


      I'm a newbie in this tool. I hope to get more information on this issue.


      I know that there is a setting "DO REMEDY" parameters which can create the Incident ticket directly.

      However, when I log into the directory, ../ctm/data, I could not find the "DO REMEDY" parameters.

      Could someone please guide me?
