Sorry - good questions that I should have thought to pre-emptively answer! We were running TACACS, which was working - I could see the authentications being sent and accepted when looking at the logs of the ACS server. I re-ran the install and chose local to see if I could 'reset' things, but that did not work - I didn't really expect it to. We are using the Postgres DB.
There is a utility in the tools directory called reset_password just run that and the sysadmin user and password will reset to sysadmin/sysadmin1.
You will need to turn off the BBNA web service in Windows or enatomcat in linux. Run the utility and then restart the web service.
Then you should be able to login using the sysadmin ID.
