I am wondering if there is a way to default the selections within Remedy Force / Configuration / Clients. We would like to save time on adding new clients into the system when they call our support line for the first time.

I have looked in Salesforce but cannot seem to find the option to default these dropdowns.
Currently there is not a way to set defaults; however this would make a good RFC. I would recommend getting in touch with Remedyforce Support so they can sumbit an RFC for you.
