      plz help my,when i went to submit request used by entry console the error show

       

      require failed can't be reset to null value(error 326)????

          Hi,

           

          Please take the user logs for Active Link and Filters and see there may be some workflow broken.

           

          And also make sure that if any questions that you have made it required in the SRD(under questions tab), if yes then you would need to fill that value when you are submitting the request entry.

              I think you aren't providing enough information to us. Have you checked the logs? At which workflow item the error is thrown? What was doing this worflow element?

                  i'm create incident template and AOT and put It in PDT and then create SRD for user submitter when user submite\ request the error shown(require failed can't be reset to null value:7 (error 326))???

                    There may be some required questions. You are trying to set a required field to a NULL value ($NULL$). Assign a legal value for the field, leave the previous value in the field, or change the structure definition for the field so that it is no longer required. Plz check your SRD and its Question And Mapping.

                        Hi Jose Huerta,

                         

                        There is a long delay in creating fullfilment request(change/work order)after submitting the service request.It takes more than 2 hrs for creating the change ticket after the ticket is submitted.

                        And it takes more than 2 hrs to move the ticket from Draft to Request for authorization.

                            I think that we are not able to help you if you don't provide more info. You can start answering my questions:

                             

                            At which workflow element is the error fired?

                             

                            Or you can copy the log (the last part, when the error is thrown). Or copy correctly the error message. I'm surprised that the error message do not tell you the field id or field name.

                                Why dont you take server side filter and user logs(Active link and filters logs) then check the error for this behaviour and see there may be some workflow broken? and see

                                 

                                 

                                if server side logs are not possible and take user preferences logs(Goto -- ARSystem user preferences form -- Loggin Tab and select YES for your logs on server side and client side logs).

                                 

                                And then check for that behaviour of that error and see the workflow by opening in Developer Studio if it is out of box workflow then try to keep it in disable mode and give a try for your requirement once again.

                                 

                                And also make sure once again your INC Template, AOT and PDT and then SRD(in this u may kept any questions as required).

                                 

                                This is the best way to trouble shoot the issue and to resolve it.

                                  Judging from what snippet of the error message you've provided, field 7 (Status) is not being set.  Start looking in that direction.
