Create the query as an advanced search, cut/paste the contents of the advanced search into an E-mail or shared document. The recipient can then cut/paste the search criteria into their own advanced search bar and then save the search.

Your saved and recent searches are saved in AR User Central File, and you could possibly devise a mechanism to automatically propagate these to fellow colleauges.
The problem is that the searches are saved as one attachment file regardless of the number of saved searches, and you need to patch this file to add new searches to someones account.

I developed it.
The searches are saved in the form "AR System Searches Preference".
In order to avoid customizing this form, I've created an only view form. In this form I have a table that shows all the "User Defined" searches. I can filter this table by a field that correspond to the user name, so only the searches for this user are listed in the table.
Then I have another field, with a list of support groups. And a table with the list of people that belongs to this group.
I can select multiple people request and one search. And I finally have a command button that copies the search to all the selected people using an active link guide.
The result is excellent. We have a "Service Request" called "Propagate search through group". When someone ask to propagate a search throught the gruop then the remedy support group uses this form.
We though about a more ellegant solution, allowing people with some support group role to propagate searches. But we finally decided that it doesn't worth the effort.
Jose, can you attach the def file that you created, that would be helpful for everyone! Thanks!
I would like to, but the development is property of my company. I'll ask about sharing it, but i can advance you that the most likely is a no.
But I also think that using my guide, the effort of developing it is very little (may be two or three hours). It took me half a day without a guide.
This is an excellent solution Jose!
I wonder has BMC done anything in 9.1 to provide this kind of functionality?
