With 7.6.04, Atrium Integrator is fully supported when it's installed once.
If you happen to have Server Group Environment (serveral AR Servers, and a load-balancer), it will have unexpected behavior (and you should stick with Atrium Integration Engine, aka AIE).
R&D plans to supports this with the 7.7 release.
Are you part of the 7.7 Beta Program ?
If you have a server group environment, and install AI on a server that connects to the same db but is not a member of the server group, is that supported? Or would that still cause issues with the installed forms being visible to the servers that are members of the server group. Is the official recommendation from BMC to not use AI in any capacity in a 7.6.04 environment where a server group is involved?
Feedback from Engineerring:
This is not a supported/tested configuration (for 7.6.04)
However I don’t foresee an issue if AI is installed with a standalone AR using the same database that’s used by a server group.
Scott, you can go ahead and test it on pre-prod. Let us know how it works.

We have IAE 7.6.04, with ITSM 7.6.03 and AR 7.6.04,
We are about to start integrating dozens of different clients (ITSM Multi-tenant), using about a dozen of ADDM / ITSM Consolidations instances Datasets (due to Ip-Conflict),
You have written back in Oct, 2011 =, that we could not have an isolated Integration Server
==> "This is not a supported/tested configuration (for 7.6.04)"
As this limitation changed, since?
Because, Integrating them all from the single AR Admin Server where AIE resides would eventually "shock" the server I would predict!
