    Owner Group Error

      Hi Experts,


      The user has submitted an Incident Ticket in which the Owner Group fields are blank, now when I try to cancel that ticket its throwing the below message;


      "The Owner fields (Owner Support Company, Owner Support Organization and Owner Group) always require an entry after submission. Specify the owner using the menus. (ARERR 1291010)"


      When I tried to manully enter the values in the owner fields its throwing the below message;


      "To change the ownership of an incident, you must be a member of the owner group. (ARERR 1290010)"


      Now how can I be the member of that support group which is blank ?


      Please help me out to change the ownership of this incident or to cancel this ticket.
