    Change of State of Ticket by sending a SMS

      In BMC remedy remedy is it possible to Change of State of Ticket by sending a SMS (e.g approved to resolved).

      Some thing similar to the way its done Via e-mails.

       

      Also is it possible if a SMS reply can be captured in work log.
