If you are a Admin on the server push the values directly in to DB or you can also import the filed values by supressing all the workflow from preferences.
You can add that support group to your account in the people form first.
And then come to that Incident, select your name by selecting that support group which you have added into your account.
Definitly you will get it now. let me know how it goes.
I think u didn't read my query properly... The Owner Group is blank..
I have imported the owner group fields as said by Venkat and the issue is resolved...
You can also use "Modify All" action and select owner group.
I tried with your solution but it didn't work...
Which version you tried, I tried this in ITSM 7 and it worked for me.
Did you get any error?
There was a version of 7.6.04 where Modify All on incidents wasn't working quite correctly. Fixed in sp1
@ Sulabh & abrock - Same error (ARERR 1291010) and I am doing this on ITSM 7.6.03
Perhaps it wouldn't work on Mid-tier then, but did you try modify all directly with aruser (thick client)?
Indeed, in fact installing only Mid-Tier from 7.6.04sp1 solves this "modify all" issue and you can use it with ITSM 7.6.04
Laurent, good to know only the midtier patch is needed! but of course we would still recommend everyone upgrade to SP1 for the apps as well<smile> Seriously, getting the "new" and "search" icons on forms is worth upgrading the apps....
Thanks for the info!
Yes the new icons are life saver, I don't know why it wasn't there since 7.6.04...
It's just we had to test because a customer that couldn't update to ITSM sp1 (too many hotfixes).
This worked for me
