In a work order when selecting.
View Service Request ----> Process View
I can see the content but all other users seem to be getting the error "Error during loading document process view". I have given some people access to all of the SRM Permission groups, but they still cant access, it only seems to work if I make them Remedy Administrator.
Does anyone know how to change this so that all users can access these process views?
Permissions on the VisualizerDVF field are already set to Public.
