Our task is to import entire 7.1 ITSM data to 126.96.36.199
Kindly suggest the best way to export and import the data.

You can use Data Management tool to import foundation and ticket data, just export the data from source server from appropreate forms then complete DMT spreadsheets and run the DMT tool.
For CMDB data you can use import tool or AIE flat file integration.
