Some of my customers have the requirement that the Service-Field should always be a required field in the whole ITSM Suite.
For Incident- and Change Mangement this is already configurable in the Incident/Change-Rules, but not for Work Order Mangement. So at the moment we have to customize this functionality.
It would be great if this functionality would also be added to the Work Order Rules - just as it is already implemented for the other modules. This would help our customers a lot.
